The red flag would basically be a marker admins can set down to indicate a destroyed building or some significant change in the area.

Very simple to implement, It would just be an obj that you can't pick up that sends the player a message when clicked describing the area. Effective and can be coded in with relative ease. I would say let PLAYERS put them down, But we all know somebody would use this to troll eventually.

Example, say somebody..BURNED DOWN THE HOKAGE MANSION. You could put a flag outside of the mansion. Or if say somebody..BLEW UP A HOSPITAL. (Hint hint)

Haha holy crap it actually got implemented in some games. It's called an RP flag but still. c: I wonder if this topic had anything to do with it . .
