The run down
Two days ago, my character 'Miyamoto, Hanako' was involved in a fight with Kyle's character. I don't remember the surname, just that it was a clay specialist named Aiko. The situation involved me being taken to jail, whilst the Hokage and his head jounin investigated as to if my character had indeed murdered a Hyuuga (April). During the incarceration, Aiko attempted to attack. There were several rounds of combat, and this is how it went.

My character was handcuffed to the sink by Uchiha, Angel. A pipe beneath it, specifically. It's here that Aiko has clay spiders slide their way through the bars. Upon seeing them attempt this, my samurai breaks two of the metacarpal bones in her hand in order to wrench the bloody limb free from the cuffs. Explosive spiders have a tendency to be particularly unpleasant when you are bound, afterall.

She moves to evade, and the spiders jump after her-- specifically her ankles. She's in a jail cell, so space is limited, but she moves to evade. Despite this, she's caught in the explosion (C1), and one of her ankles is broken. Burns are also taken. Through the smoke, she attempts to unseal water from a scroll by pressing a hand to it.

This is the first mistake. Crazah has clarified that samurai cannot use scrolls. It was my mistake for assuming that they could do so (how else do they carry the 100+ items in their inventory, afterall).

Regardless, roleplay continues. Aiko procures two clay mocking birds (again, C1) and tosses these at my character, who is standing on the bed. Once again, she leaps to evade, but due to her injured ankle-- trips, loses balance, and falls from the side of the bed. Her botched evasion means she injures herself, despite the ANBU armor she is wearing & relevant body perks, and cracks two of her ribs.

It's here that Kyle makes his mistake. He attempts to create C1 'bees' that are so tiny, they are designed to be able to fly into my characters nose, ears, and other bodily cavities, in an attempt to blow up her brain from the inside. I argued against this, as the ability is similar to C4-- and that to create something so tiny out of clay, she'd need a scalpel, what with lacking the mouth hands and so on that are used to craft the clay into the shapes used. I asked if she'd prepared these beforehand, and she stated that she'd have to search hours through logs to get the relevant roleplay. Either way, I pointed out that she'd used her bees on me when I'd been with Noboru earlier, before I was taken in, and they'd been destroyed. Despite this, I told her that I'd accept the attack, even if I found it iffy.

A poison bomb was tossed down-- the purpose of which was to prevent my opponent uttering the word 'katsu', as breathing in air would mean death. It is at this point that Noboru, who has arrived, engulfs my opponent in sand, and restrains her. I exit my cell, and as we are roleplaying, Asari arrives.

The problem
It's here she turns up as 'Administrator', and posts two roleplays. The first, of Aiko tossing the twin mocking birds at me, and the second-- which is me unsealing water from the scroll. She states that I should have died here, and asks me to roleplay my death within three minutes.

I object, as I do not understand how she can justify attempting to kill off my character after my opponent has been restrained. I don't believe twin C1 mocking birds are sufficient to kill an armored person who has evaded them, with relevant durability perks. The attack caused broken ribs, and with armor and durability perks, I think this is excessive-- but fair. It's C1, afterall. In the many instances it's used in the anime, damage is done through burning, and the explosive have never managed to severely injure, let alone kill somebody-- except for when the spiders are literally attached to the faces of guards in Sunagakure, when Deidara attacks Gaara.

Me and Kyle (my opponent) discussed this at length, and in the end decided we'd return to the point at which the spiders had gone for my ankles, as we'd both used things we couldn't. It was a fair conclusion, and I accepted it, despite having won. I believe that Asari attempting to pull a death out of it is excessive, and I don't understand her reasoning. Does she believe I could not evade a direct hit to the head by C1 birds? Or does she believe that the C1 would have killed my character through the armor and durability she possesses? I don't know, as she never explained this, even when asked.

I'm not particularly keen on accepting her judgement. This is because she has not supplied reasoning, and because I killed her IC best friend two days before. It's a heavy bias, as we've disliked each other since BLH, DBR, and other games. Her character is 'Shiori', a 13 year old genius jounin. I killed her friend, another suna jounin named Sanako, Wuu, a day or two beforehand. She's made botched rulings that have been over ridden before, and-- It isn't a case of hate, I'd just rather someone else dealt with it.

While I did come to a resolution with my opponent, Asari claims resolving it with me is .. a biased decision because .. my opponent was involved in the fight. I don't really understand it myself. I've requested Crazah look over it, but he wants nothing to do with it. Besides stating that samurai cannot unseal water when asked, he has said little more on the topic. I've asked other administrators, but they haven't given me a response. It'd mean a disagreement with friends, so understandably, the best answer is to keep quiet.

tl;dr

I'd appreciate a resolution from the admin team as a whole-- not a single administrator with bias against me due to my previous IC actions, and mutual dislike.

This is true. And I support it with what has happened to me in-game. My character, Amori was attacked by C1. She was caught point-blank at her back and her front torso simultaneously, and though out of commission, she was still alive.

In Xerif/Hanako's case, her ankles were assaulted, and alone, she has body perks. Amori didn't/doesn't.
I won't forget the concussive force powered behind the bombs, but that definately wouldn't kill. And even though Amori was Rookie Jounin, Hanako -still- would have a stronger body.

And yah, maybe theres was some overplay/godmod, w/e in my situation. My point(s) still stand.

I'm just a regular player if anything..and If I am allowed to express an opinion, at all, it would be that an Admin should only step in and give a ruling if two players cannot agree on an outcome. Considering both players decided to redo their actions and start form a certain point, the Admin should not have insisted on his or her outcome and allowed the two players to continue from their selected point until either a player was killed, or they'd reached further disagreement. By no means is an Admin ruling ever needed without a player calling for it or if players have already reached a compromise on their own.
