S-Rank:
Shadow Gaurdian- The users shadow becomes a physical being capable of defending its master from attacks (limited range due to having a humanoid form), assist with lower class justsus of the Kekkai Genkei, or physically strike a foe for as long as the user continues to supply a small amount of chakra to it.

Wind Convergence- The user creates a sphere of wind that drags everything but the user towards it and continually gets either A) larger in size, B) more dense, or C) do both (at a much lesser extent) as long as chakra is being spent. Anything caught in the jutsu will be crushed or torn apart with a small survival rate.

A-Rank:
Gale Breath- The user sends out a long-ranged stream or large wide-ranged wall of wind from his mouth that is capable of either tearing through most objects or slowing down projectiles and other people.

C-Rank:
Blinding Gust- The user summons a quick gust of wind to pick up dust, sand, and any other light material into the air to blind the opponent and may cause the debris to strike the foes.

Air Wander- The user can travel in a limited fashion in the air (a few feet off the ground) and the can move at an enhanced rate when moving in the same direction as the wind but is hindered when going against it.

Aero Sphere- The user creates a several spheres of air that act as mines that go off when a foe approaches them or the user can apply more chakra to send one sphere at a time flying towards enemies where it explodes and dissorients the enemy.

D-Rank:
Updraft- The user creates a pocket of warm air that, upon creation, can lift targets in the area a foot off the ground knocking them off balance.

Wind Caller- The user causes the wind to change direction while the jutsu is being used. Other wind style jutsus aren't affected by this in anyway other than increasing its speed or slowing it down.

Sense Truth: The user can see the truth of words, plans, and many other things. Only usable if ridiculed in the past by many people.

Clan Backstory:

The Kokyuu Clan is a very curious set of people. They are nomads who literally allow the winds to control where they drift to thanks to there Kekkei Genkai and usually never stay in one area for too long since a majority of the clan doesn't like being tied down. The clan strives for freedom but those that they swear loyalty to will never have to fear betrayal from them unless they are betrayed by the one they trusted.

Due to their nomadic lifestyle the clan is known for their hand woven fabrics, smithing skills, and cunning. While most of the clan are merchants, blacksmiths, and weavers there are some hunters among them that excel at tracking prey from miles away even through the rain. Unfortunately, these skills are not being passed down through the clan as they should so they are being lost to time.

When a member of the Kokyuu clan settle down in an area then that area will receive frequent visits from the rest of the clan for they always like being in contact with each other. The area also will sell some the best goods for a good distance thanks to the Kokyuu merchant or hunter, who sells the meat and furs s/he don't need, that lives there.

Clan members don't always settle down in an area when they have a child but don't wish to travel with the child so they drop the newborn clan member off somewhere another person can find them or with a clan member who lives nearby. Kokyuu Eiji is one of the children unfortunate enough to be dropped off and raised in an orphanage for years without ever coming in contact with another clan member. He has every physical aspect of of the clan: white hair, dark green eyes, slight frame, and tan skin, yet the other clan members never went to investigate this young man.

Years at the orphanage, being attacked with wicked words, and never being accepted by others had caused him and many others in his clan to take a more darker look at the world. While most clan members refused to see the evil in the world, the ones who were ridiculed have an uncanny ability to see the flaws in everything though they do not speak of them.
